Recently has happened that people with different education, civilization, with different convictions and notions clashed together at the same time and place. Right now, on the market there are over 60.million companies doing business and supervising fourth of national GDP, employing almost 100 million people globally. The planet cannot be controlled only by one type of people, because it is compound of a huge variety of people. According to Mark, the next generation of bosses will be required to be best not in supervisory. That is why controlling managers took good steps in succeeding only by doing the employees fearful, unfortunately, today there are still such companies. Employees which are configured and have low morale in company, represent the bad actors, usual chiefs that have a meditational style, are more likely to bad actors, in such way they can be understood. The fact is of this great style required a lot of time resources, meanwhile in last century is specialized in saving time, not in spending it. Only multi skilled managers can be really competitive and hardly defeated. Employees expect their managers to talk every time about their goals and the solution of any clash must be used in such a way, that will keep the team and relations in team strong.
